The idea for Ultimate You.com and The Ultimate You Experience came out of my own deep need to discover & nurture the God-given traits within my own soul and my need to have enriching relationships with other women. Growing up as an only child, I longed to have a sister play with, share with, fight with, laugh with and cry with. I have been blessed through the years to have friends that I now consider sisters because of all that we've experienced together. I know first hand the value in having a supportive group of friends to get you through life's challenges.

Ultimate You .com has been in the back of my mind in one form or another for several years. But the need to actually develop the idea intensified after the birth of my daughter, Jordan in March 2004. There is nothing like having a child to change your perspective on life. I wanted to be the best mom ever. But to be the best mom, I knew I had to be the best me.  I also realized that I could only be the best me by having a close connection with the One who created me - my heavenly Father.  My spiritual growth and development became priority and as a result, I have experienced many personal blessings.

Slowly but surely, however, the demands of being a wife and full time career mom left me short on energy and time for myself - let alone time for friends. Each time the thought to "get away" popped into my head, I always envisioned being pampered in a day spa with my mom, aunts, cousins or girlfriends and then spending the rest of the day shopping & eating. I wanted to somehow combine this experience with practical teaching and soul inspiring messages.

The Ultimate You Experience is for all women who want to break out of their shells, step out & express their true selves. It was created to encourage, motivate, challenge & empower every woman who sees herself living a better life. While you work on your inner connection, we'll provide the fun, support, & networking opportunities to cultivate your outer connections with other women.
